I will assist you in letting go of past traumas and unresolved emotions. I will use my intuitive skills and other methods to guide you through the process of releasing old unprocessed emotions, allowing you to experience emotional freedom and inner peace.

Discover the patterns that have been holding you back. Through careful evaluation, I will help you identify recurring patterns in your life and explore where you may have picked them up. Then we can see how to start to break them up. This will help you to break free from negative cycles and create a new path forward.
In my sessions channeled light language sometimes comes through to help break up stagnant energy or blocks and quickly shift the energy. Light language can be a type of sound healing or activation that can come through a pure very powerful energy channel. I channel and work with the energies of many unseen spirit allies, angels, and energies of the highest love frequencies. Ultimately what heals are the energies of unconditional love, forgiveness, and gratitude. I can honestly say I will sit with anyone in these energies without judgement to process any unresolved guilt, shame, or trauma. I do this because, I was once trapped in a dark place in life with my own un-resolved shame and traumas. With the help of many amazing mentors, shaman, teachers, and my higher guidance I have learned the way out is always in. Now I love to help guide people on this amazing journey back to wholeness.
